Here are three simple steps to enroll in AHSI course:

1. Download, complete and print out the Personal Registration Form and contract of education and then please send both by FAX first.
Note: Before downloading the documentation please check "Special Notes" to make sure that everything is clear before enrolment.

2. After that an authorized Maxipoint consultant will send you an e-mail with basic guidelines about enrollment, your ID number and an invoice for tuition fee. Maxipoint authorized consultant arranges whole administrative work prior to enrollment of AHSI students.

3. Please send by mail:
- Personal registration form
- One original copy of agreement of long distance education
- Copy of passport (or driving license or ID)
- Copy of tuition fee payment (if it is paid via bank wire transfer/ SWIFT)   or
- If tuition fee will be paid with a credit card, pls. ask your private credit card link (in this case the copy of payment is not required).
