Can I apply for the Fee Type B?
All citizens of East Europe, Russia, India, Africa etc. i.e. people who live in countries with a lower standard of living which is under $600 per month, you can apply for the Fee Type B. It is enough to live in one of these countries and to have a passport of the same country to apply automatically. If you have a passport of one of these countries but are a permanent resident of another country it is not possible to apply for the Fee Type B.
Fee Type B is possible because of humanitarian donations of the Global Money Union, which are applicable to all AHSI programs.
